The Speaker waived the House Special Committee on Fisheries                                         
referral for the following at the request of Representative Stevens, Co-                            
chair:                                                                                              
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 216                                                                              
    "An Act relating to the emergency order authority of the                                        
    commissioner of fish and game and to meetings of the Board of                                   
    Fisheries."                                                                                     
                                                                                                    
HB 216 was removed from the House Special Committee on Fisheries                                    
and referred to the Resources Committee.
